Internship for teachers at the Medical University in Dresden
The ELPD team invites teachers of higher medical educational institutions for an international scientific and pedagogical internship for teachers of medical educational institutions. A narrow-profile internship will provide you with new theoretical and practical knowledge, you will master new unique methods, gain experience in teaching, exchange useful information with foreign colleagues and get new scientific connections
Module 1. International grants and research projects (01-07 February 2020)
- Introduction to the project: goals, procedures, work schedule
- Financial flows for medical researchers from EU funds, nongovernmental organizations, foundations, enterprises
- Sources of information on grant competitions in medicine
Module 2. Reforms of higher medical education (February 08-14, 2020)
- Presentation of the Institute of International Studies Dresden, structure, departments, Medical Simulation Center, Experimental. University work during the Covid – 19 pandemic
- Class schedule, qualification matrix under the German qualifications framework
- German higher medical education system in transition. law 2.0
Module 3. Forms of internationalization of European universities during the Covid – 19 pandemic (15-21 February 2020)
- National Agency for Academic Exchange, or a policy of cooperation with Member States (German and foreigners during the Covid – 19 pandemic)
- The importance of internationalization in German universities: building internationalization strategies, internationalization ratings, examples of good practices in the field of acquiring foreign partners – Bologna process and higher education system in Europe – Innovation and information technology of the future modern education of doctors
Module 4. Training of doctors in the German and European system of training specialists (22-27 February 2020)
- Medical research in selected European countries
- Training of doctors and dentists in German
- Specializations of doctors and dentists – regulations, organization
- The role of CMKP in the system of training specialists for doctors and dentists
- Medical associations (medical councils), nongovernmental organizations and their role in the medical profession
The cost of the internship is 200 euros.
